Restorative Practice Through Community Outreach

Our community outreach initiative is geared to helping families of children with special needs who maybe experiencing social and emotional challenges on their parenting journey. We are also partnering with schools and organizations in making the public education space more conducive to educators and students alike by creating programs and initiatives to address diversity and inclusion.

Stealth Initiative

This is an alternative approach aimed at revolutionizing the way we deal with bullying in the public education space. We seek to align values with steadied action. Research has shown that using a punitive approach as a measure to deter bullying incidents in school has has proven to not be the best alternative, therefore we have created the Stealth Initiative as a conduit with solution based interactive exercises geared to minimize the prevalence of bullying in the public education space using Restorative Practices accompanied with guided and demonstrative techniques.

Seeds Of Virtue

Our collaborative efforts in identifying and addressing the needs of families of special needs children are seeds of virtue sown through the uniting of parents, students and educators through a medium that contributes to social development, accountability and a clear and cogent understanding of rewards and consequences. We believe in fostering strong bonds and alliances which will have a lasting impact for years to come, we owe it to this generation

Stealth Initiative

This Initiative seeks to explore a more holistic and engaging approach in addressing bullying in public schools through a 12-week intensive exercise. The project offers a framework in an environment that helps students identified as bullies build emotional intelligence and awareness by placing them in a position of responsibility that encourages physical and psychological connection with their peers. Parents of troubled students will also be invited to participate in the Stealth Initiative as the home is central to the psychological and emotional growth of a child. We have created a series of events, simulations and engagements to accommodate participants in this initiative. We are a team of professionals, also known as advocates, and are also parents of children with special needs. This experience has provided us with valuable insight into the challenges with our educational system and we are passionately committed to the cause.

We invite you to connect and collaborate with us so we can assist you and your school on your journey in the fight against bullying in schools.
